Reasonably-priced SPF50 face cream recommendations?

Hello All,

As it says in the title, I'm keen to know what people recommend. I currently use MAC face primer SPF50 but I'm looking to swap it for something cheaper as it's 20-odd quid.

I've been watching and waiting for the Ordinary's line to come out, but no luck yet.

The SPF factor is important; preferably 50 or more but no less than 40.

Thanks in advance!

Beware the Body Shop product as it seems to be a bit misleading. Reading the reviews on their website it seems people have been burnt when wearing it.

'I didn't quite understand the spf 50++++ rating so emailed customer services. The product offers spf 50 for UVA rays but only 'broad spectrum' protection for UVB - not actually a rating at all. The advisor said it is not meant to be used as a sunscreen.'

I have tried the Frezyderm and the Biore Watery essence.
Much prefer the Biore,it sinks in so well.
