Thank goodness I tried it on my hand first.
I'm normally a pencil girl, but have fancied a go at liquid eyeliner, so I bought a real cheapy - the MUA matte liquid eyeliner, for I think £2.50.
It just will not budge! I drew a line on my hand first just to get a feel for it, then decided to take it off with my usual simple eye-make up remover. Nope, not moving. I have a couple of different Nivea ones, one of which is the oil/mix one for those heavier make-up events. Even they're not shifting it. I've resorted to a nail brush and some heavy duty scrubbing, and even with that, it's peeling off like latex, but in little chunks.
No way is that going anywhere near my eyes!!! Am I missing an obvious trick to getting liquid eyeliner off? Are they all like that?
