Is this 'business wear'

Going for a selection event at a university and the dress code is 'business wear'.
I don't own any shirts or blazers but I do own black trousers and this reiss top. I would wear it tucked in.
Will this be ok or should I buy a shirt?

I don't mind spending a little bit but only up to £40 ish as I probably won't wear business wear again unless I have a job interview.

That pink blouse is gorgeous! Would look great with black trousers and blazer if you can afford all. The sleeves look quite puffy though, make sure they go under a blazer. It’s only that that is stopping me from buying g it myself because my blazer has quite fitted sleeves.

The sleeves are very puffy HenryMouse. It's going back, it's too uncomfortable under a blazer. The sleeve cuffs are very tight as well and I have really skinny wrists.
