Bras that don’t squash boobs together 😬

This might be a silly question but I’m a 34B so not big.. I need a lightly padded bra, not so much to make them look bigger but to avoid nipples poking through tops..

I have an old balconette style bra that lifts my boobs naturally without squashing them together but every other bra I have, or try (including balconette styles) seems to push them together - I don’t like this look.

Anyone know a bra I can try that lets my boobs stay nicely separate?

Hope this makes sense, TIA 💕

Before we start suggesting things, are you definitely 100% a 34B?

Yes I am 😬 all bras fit fine it’s just that all bras seem to be lift up and squash in... I don’t mind a bit of lift up but I hate them getting squashed inwards like a mild version of the old Wonderbra affect..

Have you been measured? Are you 100% sure you're a 34B? My bras did that all the time until I got measured. I was shocked to find out I was 2 sizes smaller round the back and a cup size bigger than I thought. If your bra fits properly the underwriting in the middle should sit tight on your chest, right between your boobs, then it's impossible for them to squish together ifyswim?

Mumtobe193 · 18/10/2018 21:51

under wiring, not underwriting sorry

LoniceraJaponica · 18/10/2018 21:53

What is your underbust measurement?

BillywilliamV · 18/10/2018 21:57

If theyre swuashing together you are in the wrong size, does the middle bit between the cups sit flat on your brrastbone?

LoniceraJaponica · 18/10/2018 22:06

I'm a B cup and my boobs aren't big enough to squash together.

LadyLapsang · 18/10/2018 23:43

Get measured / fitted, it will make a big difference.

Shwighty1 · 19/10/2018 11:25

I recently went to get measured, so definitely recommend it, but to answer your question Corin bras are really comfy for me, they don't push push boobs together either

Allegorical · 19/10/2018 12:22

If you are a b cup there is no way your boobs squash together. Definately get measured.
Techie boob or a bust link is a good place to start. At the very least try a 32C instead.
Also go for a balconette style bra. This lifts and separates the boobs.

Maisonette Lejaby Spacer styles

TinselKitten · 19/10/2018 16:45

Maison Lejaby not maisonette!

Rainatnight · 19/10/2018 22:53

I find Freya bras very good for this.

Inb4 being accused of not answering the thread:

I am the same size as you and only wear the non padded/non wired ones which you can buy from primark for about £4

Most of the time I don't wear a bra at all, only wear the aforementioned when it is painstakingly obvious to the contrary

PickAChew · 20/10/2018 00:46

32GG and definitely not squished together in anything I've tried, whether it fits or not.

tessiegirl · 20/10/2018 00:58

Plunge styles are designed to push together- avoid!

OlennasWimple · 20/10/2018 01:04

Try Calvin Klein t-shirt bras (various styles but all have the effect I think you are looking for)

itsbritneybiatches · 20/10/2018 01:11

Have you tried Macon bras

ProseccoThyme · 20/10/2018 09:15

Fantasie 4510 - it's balconette style & good uplift.
