Concealer recommendations please

I usually use the No7 Concealer (£14) which has run out. I've been seduced by the idea of the Charlotte Tilbury concealer (£24) or the Veil concealer (£24.50). At nearly double the price I am wondering if they are worth it or if there is something out there that people love?

Anyone tried either of these or can anyone recommend a concealer they love?

The Collection concealer gets rave reviews and it's only a few £ in boots, plus they've just brought out new colours. For under eyes, Maybelline Age Rewind is another cult product.

My favourite is Urban Decay Naked Skin, but my sister, who prefers a more full coverage, swears by Tarte Shape Tape.

I like Collection's Lasting Perfection concealer - Superdrug link: www.superdrug.com/Make-Up/Face/Concealer/Collection-Lasting-Perfection-Concealer-Fair-1/p/439400 It comes in four shades.

The Revolution Beauty one is also very good, and supposedly a dupe for the Tarte Shape Tape, not that I have ever tried the Tarte one because it is £22 OMG Grin www.superdrug.com/Make-Up/Face/Concealer/Revolution-Conceal-and-Define-Concealer-C0-5/p/762858 It comes in a lot more shades than the Collection one and also a larger size than the one I have linked to. The little ones are good for figuring out your shade if you can't try them out in store, because they are only £4 each.

Oops, I see I was wrong about the Collection one only having four shades - the others are hiding further down the Superdrug page. One of the hip young YouTubers loves it, but I felt very on-trend having bought mine before I saw her recommendation Wink.

I tried my magic away for the first time today and my gut reaction was it was pretty shit on my 44 year old under eyes but I’ll persevere my immediate thoughts were it’s v dry feeling compared to my usual (clarins instant light) and it went straight into my lines so if I do continue to use I’ll have stuck to around my inner corners ish

Another vote for collections lasting perfection concealer. I've tried so many expensive brands and none of them hold up as long as this concealer. I mainly use it under my eyes and it never creases either, which every other concealer I've tried seems to do

I bought the veil one and it isn't as wonderful as I thought it would be. I want to try the n07 version of it.

Laura Mercier concealer in a pot is great, so creamy. I have about 8 Blush it's the best.

Wow thanks - so good to find out in advance of spending a small fortune that the products aren't as good as the marketing - I love a bargain so will definitely be giving the collection one a go first.
