Help me please!

I'm honestly ready to bundle up everything I own into a black bag and drive it to the nearest charity shop. I have a couple of dresses and skirt / top combos that I can wear to work, but otherwise I hate all my clothes.

I like the idea of a classic and well curated capsule wardrobe where everything just goes, but I need help in putting it altogether, and knowing what suits me. Is there a service that does this? How do I find someone?

I don't want any pieces that are super expensive as I'm not that sort of person, but I have a fairly generous budget and want to get it right first time, rather than spending even more on stuff I still don't like. Am 5'10'' and a size 10ish, athletic build I guess (with broad shoulders) although I have a few old size 6/8s at the back of my wardrobe from a few years ago which definitely need to go. Would love any ideas you can thrown at me...

I got my colours done (HoC), and also did a style day.
If I needed to start again, knowing the colours and styles that suit me best would make it tons easier!
