Please no judgements!
I recently sold a replica bag on eBay (listed as ‘designer name’ style bag), packaged it well and posted. I brought it a while ago, haven’t brought any more since and saw loads of people selling on eBay so tried to get my original money back (which I did). In hindsight I should never have purchased but I guess I wanted the look even though I couldn’t clearly afford it! The listing was removed by eBay but as the buyer had paid I still posted the item.
Fast forward the buyer has opened a case stating the reason for return as her not liking it and that the wrapping was dirty. I’ve sent a message back saying not liking something is not a reason for return. I then did some googling and found out even if it’s listed as style of it is not allowed - is it silly to not give a refund at this stage even though the reason is not authenticity or should I decline and leave it up to eBay?
Thank you in advance
