Clarins BB Cream or something cheaper?

I have been on a self imposed beauty ban/beauty product reduction.

I have drawers full of every possible product I could need or want.

However, I have recently realised that BB cream is far more flattering on me than full foundation (of which I have multiple bottles) I am now late 30's. I was perfectly happy using rimmel BB cream but used a friends Clarins and OMG it seems so much more amazing.

Am I being deluded by the more luxury feel of it, or would you all agree it is that much better? Or for the £30 price point is there something better? Or can someone recommend something in between the 2?

I do need to buy a new BB Cream but at which price point is worth it?

I do have very yellow toned skin.

I am a devotee of Clarins BB cream rather than a full foundation, and am often complimented on my skin, aged 54.
If you love it so much, buy it, and streamline those overflowing drawers by having only the make up you feel good in.

I have just moved to wearing BB cream, mascara and eyebrow pencil day to day and am seriously thinking of getting the Clarins for winter (need a lighter colour one soon). I currently have a Garnier one and have been getting lots of compliments though, so I have the same dilemma as you - I don't know if I'm being sucked in by the marketing! Much higher SPF for Clarins though ... I'm not helping, am I, OP?

I am an absolute fan of maybelline BB cream. They seem to have discontinued it but you can get it on ebay for about £8.

I wear Clinique Superprimer on my tzone then put the BB cream on.

I really like the Bodyshop BB cream and also picked some up in Aldi the other week which is brilliant for the price!

i would love to wear a bb cream, but every one i have tried don't give me much coverage. i there one that you all think i should try.
