Recurring spot

Bit grim but I need advice!

I have a spot on my chin that flares up every month around my period. It never fully comes to a head and doesn't properly fade. So in between times it's just a red lump, but gets angry and sore once a month.

I can try to cover with make up, but any ideas as to how I could get rid of it?

Help...anyone?

It is a cystic spot, I'm thinking? The only joy i get with these is that they sometimes work their way closer to the surface over time. Then I pierce with a sterile needle and use a blackhead tool to apply pressure. Don't stop until a hard ball of dense fatty stuff comes out - that's the blocker. Once gone, the pore will settle down ime.
