Eyebrow microblading

I had my eyebrows done in June. I have now had three top-ups since then because they seem to fade and blur. My left eyebrow has retained its shape this time but the individual hair-strokes have blurred. The end of my right eye-brow is fine but there's a patch at the top of the arch and at the start of the brow which has faded completely. This one has also lost some definition. I had to pencil them in this morning
I just called to technician to ask advice and have been told I must be on medication (I'm not) and it must be down to my skin care routine. I have extremely sensitive skin and eyes so I have very little routine. In fact, I leave my face along when possible. I was then told that the technician is going on mat leave and isn't accepting bookings for a year.
My question is what do I do now? I don't want to waste my time or money by giving up but really can't be bothered any more.

How about seeing if you can get a free consultation elsewhere, a couple of places maybe? You’d only be wasting your time, not your money, and they might have some good advice.

Apparently microblading is a bit shit for many skin types as its not deep enough and twnd to only last 3 months if that. Look into 3d hairstroke tattoos. They look amazing and last for years rather than months.

This one is in liverpool her work is incredible and lasts 2 to 5 years.

I find mine fade because I have oily skin, but I only have them done yearly and top up with pencil daily in between, I think it's because they are supposedly temporary (although my 'technician' said that to expect them to be permanent) my strokes never stay crisp either and just blur but tbh I'm just grateful to have the basic outline of an eyebrow as my right eyebrow hair has all but fallen out.

Thank you for the replies. If anyone has any recommendations of places I could try for a consultation in Stirling or Glasgow, that would be great. I have tried one place recommended by a friend but they aren't taking on any new bookings until after Christmas.
