Light therapy masks

Hi considering buying a light therapy mask for acne. Wanted to know if anyone has any good experience from using one themselves? Thanks

There is a thread somewhere on style and beauty if you look a few pages back, some people have had really good results for acne
I have one, but for general skin condition, and it does improve your skin,
I think the thread will be titled LED red light masks, or photon masks, sorry cant remember exactly
