As above really, am trying to get on top of my weight and am wondering whether subbing breakfast and lunch with huel would help? 🤷

Like slimfast but with hipster marketing in my experience.

So I love it. I have the 'natural' one - no flavourings etc. I often don't get time for a proper meal and my DH works late a lot so I cannot be bothered to cook a meal for just me. I don't use it as a slimming aid. I use it to ensure I get some decent nutrition (otherwise I'd just eat Toblerones and drink coffee). It's very filling - it's oaty flavoured and it really does squash any hunger pangs I might get. You can modify the calories you're getting so it would be very easy to use it as a diet aid. I'd imagine it's a good diet drink.
