Warm knee high boots that look stylish

For the last few years I have mainly worn ankle boots but I would really like some good quality knee high boots that will keep me warm but look good with skirts and dresses. The added complication is that I am not very tall so many knee high boots are just too tall. But I have had good ones in the past so they must exist...

Heavenly Feet have had some lovely ones in the past. Mine have lasted two years. They don't really break the bank, either.
