Non underwired bras?

I HATE both underwires and clasps/ hooks. But want something that looks nice!

I love the look of M&S bralets but I find that I end up putting my fingers through the lace around the bottom when pulling them on down my back (which Isn't as durable as the cups) and causing holes. massive design fault.

I love Uniqlo 'beauty soft' but they look a bit crap and their colours aren't great. I'm 30's, don't need too much support but want something comfy and a bit fashionable.

Does such a thing exist??

Debenhams have nice non wired bras

What size are you roughly? Freya do non wired ones but start at a D cup.

Figleaves has lots but you need to weed out the sports bras. If you’re not large of nork, would a crop top suit?

H&M have quite a few non wired bras. Lots have hooks but I see some have wider back straps with 3 hooks - I find a thicker band much more comfortable.

Victoria’s Secret has a lot of lovely looking wireless bras but most have back hooks. What annoys you about hooks?

I've become a bit obsessed with non wired bras recently. My problem is I'm a 30" back and most of them seem to start at 32". I've been quite impressed with the Gap non wired range. I got an OK one in M&S sale too.

AndromedaPerseus · 14/10/2018 23:11

Asda and primark also have an unwired bra range which are worth a look

Verbena87 · 14/10/2018 23:18

I love the M&S ones and I step into them rather than over my head - might help with your pulled lace OP?

Debenhams also good. Freya ok, very pretty but slightly itchy.

Verbena87 · 14/10/2018 23:19

wherearewenow good to know about GAP as I’m a 30 back too and prefer non-wired.

I wear Primark bralets now. Used to wear underwired M&S apx 36C or D but the Primark ones are so.much comfier. Size L seems to fit best. They don't last ages but are cheap at £5. They are made from t-shirt material so no lacey bumps.

Victoria’s Secret have a couple of lace front close bralettes but they don’t have the biggest range of sizes.

WhereAreWeNow · 15/10/2018 12:53

Yes, Verbena 87. They don't do a 30" but I find the 32" ok. They're not as snug as my usual 30" underwired bras but they do the job and they give a nice shape. There are often 40% off offers that make them super affordable.

Verbena87 · 15/10/2018 14:15

wherearewe how are the cup sizes? Really I need a G (breastfeeding udders!) but maybe I could try going up a couple of back sizes and down a couple of cups.
