I've never seen a more beautiful dress - I'm completely in love with it. It looks like a 40's film stars! The colour, the tiny v waist, the voluminous pleats - you never see dresses so generously made.

Not that keen on on her dresses. Agree with @speakout that her clothes are very matronly. There was nothing youthful about either dress - both were quite staid for a woman of only 27.

It reminds me of the wonderwoman costume. I'm not keen. But her wedding dress was amazing and she looked totally beautiful in it.

I imagine it looks stunning if you see it with movement. All we have is a static shot with some unfortunate shadows. But IRL I think it would look much nicer. I’d love to see what the back looks like.

I agree with this. I think people are so used to seeing ultra slim women on the red carpet (or either of the duchesses at their appearances) that they've lost sight of what a normal, slender but not ultra slim woman looks like.

The only thing i can see are boobs. Its not the best suited.

It's not that people aren't used to seeing normal figures, it's just too tightly fitted around her boobs and it looks a bit vulgar, a bit like a pair of speedos on a bloke! It detracts from the rest of the dress and her lovely hourglass figure because all you look at is the boob area.

Unfortunately the picture I have in my head is of a nursing woman who forgot to put in her a nursing pads. I can't get past that.

I think she has a warrior queen look about her. Something from a Bernard Cornwell novel. The top looks like the shape of armour, to me anyway.

Don’t like it a bit. It’s the cape which puts me off and I didn’t love the wedding dress either. Meghan’s dresses, both of them were magnificent

I don't like anything about the top half of the dress, tbh. Agree with all the comments about the bust area looking very odd, and I really don't like the high neckline and the shoulders / cape like effect.
Maybe it is the photography, but we are all just commenting on the one photo on this thread (presumably officially released to the press?) so you'd like to assume the most complimentary.
