Most hydrating shampoos

Can anyone recommend a nice shampoo that isn't expensive please?
I find my hair is really dry even though I'm not heat styling, I just need a bit of extra help with a good shampoo please

Stop using shampoo completely (Google curly girl method) - I did this in 2014 and it transformed my hair. If you don't want to do that, switch to sulphate-free shampoos.
