So my youngest is five months, christening is in two weeks... I have this dress and shoes but suspect I would freeze - what can I put with them that looks good and doesn’t kill the style?

Lovely dress! How about a bolero jacket? Maybe faux fur, in navy or dark green. Something like this?

Sigh. *navy background to the dress.

Main thing IMO in terms of a cover up is that the shape is cropped so you don't lose sight of the lovely waistline on the dress.

Mustard coloured short cardigan?

AnarchyKitty · 14/10/2018 08:31

Oh where's the dress from? I have a christening to go to soon and that's perfect!

I am wearing a very similar dress to a christening and pairing it with a camel wool blazer from Other Stories.

The dress is whistles, and yes the background is navy.

Think you are right whatever I need to get should be cropped because the panel on the waist is lovely...

The crepe jacket looks nice and crepe usually hangs really well.

Hadnt thought about mustard or camel, I have a mustard 40’s cardigan that is fairly short, might try that in and see how the colour works. Thanks!
