Can anyone recommend me an amazing waterproof mascara? I like black one.

Yes. Dior Pump and Volume I think it's called.

I'm a fan of Cannonball Waterproof Mascara by Urban Decay. Tested by surfers they say, anyway it works!

For something that will never move (even with waterproof mascara remover) though, Lancome Hypnose.

Debating on having them tinted then I don’t have to worry! I don’t think I will wear any other makeup

I can vouch for Diorshow waterproof and YSL waterproof eyeliner. It didn't shift.

Not in keeping with the occasion but my DD swears by "Too Faced : Better Than Sex" waterproof.
She wears make-up, rarely do.
