Trainers for teenage DD

My daughter's birthday (13th) is next month and she has asked for some trainers. Which ones are nice yet not too overly priced? She is Size 6.

What's your budget? Are they for fashion or function?

Definitely fashion! Budget around £60.

Vans seem to be the uniform of teens where I am. The Old Skool ones.

Vans are the staple of teens here. Otherwise Adidas Gazelle also seem popular.

Thanks. I've looked at the Adidas Gazelles and have found them in my daughter's size on Amazon. They are red but say they are men's. Do you think these would be different to unisex ones?

Men’s are usually a bit wider.

What are her friend wearing? Look at those as last year it was all about the Adidas superstar this year it’s vans.
