Microdermabrasion- opinions?

Hi has anyone has microdermabrasion? If so how did you find it?

I'm 30 next month and looking to target the fine lines on my forehead and also the horrific acne scarring on my chin 😫😫. My skin type is normal-oily.

Any body had this with good results? Thanks in advance 😊

I had it done once a long time ago and it left my skin so bright red I was embarrassed to leave the salon. It took hours to calm down but it did have a good temporary result (a few weeks). I have had reasonable results with a mandelic peel (course of 3) but I think a stronger peel is needed for my skin... I’m not brave enough to have one though!
