Please recommend me a nicker brand

I haven't bought new nickers for over 2 years.
Since then I have had a baby, delivered by section and I'm now back to my pre pregnancy weight but with a little c section over hang.

Nickers I've had before either come from Sainsbury's, next or m&s.

I want something cotton for comfort, with a slightly higher rise, but doesn't come up to my waist and over the belly button.

I seem to have got it wrong where my nickers are either huge ones that are very unflattering or too low

I like Gap for pants. Have a few different styles and they're all comfy and some even slightly pretty!

Angbunnyboo · 10/10/2018 20:35

I love Sloggi - but research before you buy as they seem to be all different prices for the same thing on different websites!

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 10/10/2018 20:38

I don’t think you can beat M&S for knickers. I have a substantial overhang, and find their high leg knickers to be the most comfortable of any I have tried.

llangennith · 10/10/2018 20:38

'Knickers' not nickers.

ShirleyPhallus · 10/10/2018 20:40

llangennith WOW great contribution to the thread! Pat yourself on the back! You are better and more clever than everyone here.

OP I love full arse pants from M&S, so so comfy

weebarra · 10/10/2018 20:42

Sloggi - they're often in the sale at Debenhams.

MissWimpyDimple · 10/10/2018 20:43

I actually like George pants. They seem to last pretty well.

H&M are also pretty good.

betweenhillsandsea · 10/10/2018 20:43

These are good, not too high, but not too low!

I've tried hundreds of types, best ones are big pants from Amazon. Or John Lewis own brand. Sloggi didn't wash well, also fit small imo.

I have had 3 c sections and have the lovely overhang. Most flattering I’ve found are John Lewis multi pack bikini briefs - the waistband is above my scar and doesn’t dig in, but they aren’t too frumpy!

beanaseireann · 10/10/2018 20:56

Why won't M&S do cotton nude coloured knickers in midi.
I don't want the 'grounds for divorce' full briefs, thanks Grin
