What can dd (12) put on her skin?

It's really dry and hard in places, like dermatitis around her nose. But she also has blackheads and pimples! Tried Aveeno cream but it was too thick and greasy.

My teens used Clean and Clear foam wash and moisturiser. It clears up pimples and the moisturiser is very light and not too oily.
For the dead, hard patches of skin, maybe try a hot cloth cleanser. Superdrug do one for sensitive skin.
