Help needed my face has gone crazy..... hormonal spots and psoriasis

Sorry this will be quite long. I've been under quite a lot of stress lately and my skin is suffering. Although I've had psoriasis from child hood I've only had it on my face for the past few years. To add to the psoriasis for the past couple of years I've had hormonal break outs on my chin and nose and now on my cheeks which I think is from using protopic to control the psoriasis which is probably clogging my pores up.

So far I've been using Nivea sensitive miscellear water for first cleanse to remove make up then Living Nature purifying cleanser for second cleanse followed by Avene face mist and La Roche Posay Tolerian fluid day and night creams which worked for nearly two years but for the past few weeks my skin has been getting more and more congested and feels oily over my cheeks and nose with spots building up under the surface on my cheeks and massive cysts on my chin.

I received a charcoal sponge in this month's birchbox which I've used on my face which seemed to calm my chin down but is a bit harsh on my cheeks (I have no realised it's supposed to be for use on the body not your face Blush ) I'm not wondering if a charcoal based cleanser would work if it was more gentle. I'm basically clueless when it comes to face care and tend to buy lots of products until something works but I'm hoping you lovely ladies can help point me in the right direction so I don't literally keep washing money down the drain.

TIA and sorry for the essay like post

Hi OP! I suffer from occasional breakouts of painful adult acne. I love origins clear improvement charcoal mask, and also like Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip cleanser (though it took some getting used to the consistency - have to properly massage it into your wet face, so it lathers up, before washing off). These are both nice and gentle, so hopefully would t irritate the psoriasis. But, to be honest, I use a really astringent toner and a 30 spf anti aging anti acne moisturiser from Murad that are both full of chemicals, and those might also be helping keep spots at bay. Good luck finding your miracle combo.
