Any hairdressers about? I need help

Hi!

My usual colour is a very dark chocolate (beautiful colour!), but then when I changed stylists (the new one used Keune brand) it gets MUCH LIGHTER on top and ends after 2-3 washes. (think hideous gold)

It's like the hair can't hold the colour. Now I went to my original hairdresser and she's put a very dark colour (5 base if that makes any sense-it doesn't to me) but now, after 3 washes got lighter again (not as light as it would usually, but still, I have streaks of lighter hair).

It was never bleached/blonde!

What do I do? She mentioned repigmentation, is that an option?

Yes, prepigmentation is a must, not an option of your hair has faded more than two shades. Also a quasi colour through the mid lengths and ends is a good idea as the colour molecules are bigger and will attach themselves better to porous hair better and with more durability than a permanent colour could. Are you using a decent shampoo to keep your colour?
