It's navy and blue, will be wearing to drinks and meal for mil Birthday. I want to wear navy tights and ankle boots. What colour ankle boots and bag?

I have that dress, you have excellent taste! I do black tights and black shoes- knee highs boots/ankle boots/ballet pumps/court shoes all work depending on the occasion. Navy tights aren’t really my thing, it’s tricky to match the shade to the dress/shoes and it rarely looks right. But since you have such good taste 😉 I’m sure you can nail it. Still not sure what shoes you should go for though!

Black tights and calf boots with a coloured (similar blue) long cardigan would be my first attempt. Lovely dress OP.
