Help me find a warm winter coat

Not really sure what I’m looking for, to be honest. I do feel the cold, and I have a job where I only occasionally have to look particularly smart. So last winter I was in a uniqlo down coat and, when it got really cold, a Jack Wolfskin Selenium down jacket, both bought cheap in sales. I liked them both but have lost a lot of weight over the summer and neither now fits.

I’m thinking of another down coat, a really warm one (probably wouldn’t bother with uniqlo again as it wasn’t that warm), but also open to other suggestions. The Selenium coat was probably a bit on the casual side of what I want; I’m open to other ideas like wool coats as long as they’re really warm. Waterproof isn’t essential.

Any ideas?

Budget is up to around £150, preferably less but might stretch to a bit more for the right item, and I’m now a busty size 14-16.

what do you think of this? I quite like it myself. Last two winters I've tried to stay out of a down coat but I don't know why i try to be smart. Three months of the year are miserable.

Ooo, I like the Joules and Khujo ones, thank you, that’s a good start

Does anyone know if there are uk stockists of the khujo?

Thanks for the Khujo suggestion ImNot. Just ordered it on Amazon for £155. Little nervous about whether it will turn out to be good quality and warm enough so fingers crossed.
