Brown/tan smart leather knee high boots?

I'm on the look out for brown knee high boots that are smart enough to wear to work with a skirt/dress (I have a lot of blue that would look better with brown than black), but all the ones I can find look more casual.

Budget of £150-200. Also ideally leather.

Anyone seen anything lovely?

How high do you want the heel?

Open to high heels if look like they aren't stilettos, but not looking for completely flat. (Understand not helpful!)
