Tights with this dress?

I bought this dress in a sale months ago but I haven't worn it yet.
It's sort of sweatshirt fabric so even though it is quite casual it felt too warm with bare legs this summer.
Now it is too cold for bare legs but not sure it looks right with tights and ankle boots.

Any suggestions?

Burgundy or mustard opaque tights and brown boots.

Or black opaque tights and black boots.

Black tights and casual flat black boots (suede rather than leather) would look fine.

Woolly mid-dark grey tights and any colour ankle boots.
