Where des your DH/dp shop? My DH is 44 and had been wearing gap jeans, and Ted baker shirts on a night out for years and maybe the odd blazer but what other shops/brands does your DH wear

Boden, marks and Spencer, white stuff, next. I usually buy online ( we don't live near shops) and he wears chinos, cords, moleskins in winter. For 'going out' really nice shirt and jeans and a decent jacket often from Boden ( I wait for sales and discounts). He does finally have decent trainers too which took a while for him to get into. He calls them tennis shoes

Before we lived here we went to John Lewis twice a year during big sports events somit was quiet and bought what he needed. He doesn't 'do' shopping

Uniqlo. Good quality stuff that's not expensive.

DH (also 44) recently got some Fred Perry shirts and they were very nice - I can see why some people are quite dedicated to wearing the label. He otherwise lives in Gap Jeans, and Ts and printed shirts from all over the place.

He wears Orvis shirts because they don’t shrink up in the wash and rarely have to be ironed. Black Levis in the winter and khakis in the summer.

OH has long arms and long legs and struggles to find clothes that fit. His last clothes shopping trip was successful, and he found jeans from Gap and Debenhams that were long enough. He finds H & M good for shirts and long sleeved T-shirts

After my hubby lost 3 stone I spent a lot of time persuading him to buy properly fitted clothes. We now do a mix of ted baker but weirdly also Burtons (They appear to have brought themselves up to date in the last year or two) especially for their slim fit jeans....

Day to day jeans and a polo (from a vast range) or casual tops from Hollister (because he can now fit in them) evening is smart jeans or grey jean/chino from Ted baker and if feeling upmarket with a blazer.

Thanks they all sound pretty similar don't they? now how to get him to the shops.....

DH is obsessed with slowly turning his clothes into everything merino. He wears merino wool fine T-shirt’s, merino wool trousers. It’s very dull.
