This is a brand I never use but like the look of in features etc. I did once buy a foundation from them - I was merely browsing but the SA had me in a chair and started doing a makeover on me. She was quite pushy. I was too polite to ask her to stop and ended up buying the foundation which was the right shade but too heavy for my skin. Everytime I browse at their counters I feel they are about to pounce and have me in the chair again so rush away. I look at stuff online but I have made lots of expensive mistakes buying online before so don’t buy anything.

What are your recommends from this range?

For info, I have dark blond hair, even skintone, grey blue eyes, quite pigmented lips, fair skin with reddish undertones. So if anyone has similar features tell me what you buy from this range.

(Would their lippies Blue Raspberry, Desert Rose or Italian Rose suit me?)

I buy Bobbi Brown eyeshadows, powder, shimmer bricks, highlighter and lip crayons. Like them all. I’m less keen on the skin-coloured stuff, IYKWIM, because a saleswoman tried to tell me my cool-toned pinky skin was a flaw that needed to be corrected.

What shades were the lip crayons? I think we have similar skin tone.

Agree with Doobigetta the eyeshadows are excellent especially if you like a fairly understated look. I bought a mascara recently which the SA recommended when I said I wanted dramatic lashes. Its brilliant but I'm not sure I'd pay for it again - was 30 euro. I'd recommend getting one of the pallettes they do where you can select your colours yourself. Mine has a lovely greige colour, I use it on my eyebrows; and 2 browns. I also got a blusher which is a nice natural shade.

I like their stick foundations as they're quite buildable, and their matt eyeshadows. I also have two shimmer bricks which I love, but use them only when I want shimmery eyeshadows as I'm not a fan of shimmery blushers.

I would really recommend watching Hannah Martin on Youtube to get an idea of products and what they might look like in real life. I was ready to throw away my stick foundation (bought after a makeover... couldn't say no...!!) until I saw how she applied it. Now it's my go-to!

I like B.B. Eye palates are great. I love their lipsticks - sandwash pink is my go too.
I have had 4 of their eye shadow crayons and in 3 the casing broke.
I think they are not quite as good since they have been bought by whoever owns Estée Lauder and their sales staff have obviously become more pushy.

Blue Raspberry is my favourite lipstick shade, and I have similar colouring to you :-)

I am going to try Blue Raspberry and watch some You Tube.
