I’ve been offered a mud wrap. Any experience of these and are they embarrassing?

Ive never had one but IME spas and treatments are never embarrassing, therapists know it's all new to most people and explain everything.

Ooooh is it free? I'd jump at the chanceGrin I've never had one OP but from what I've read they sound relaxing.

Maybe book a few other treatments alongside it and really pamper yourself for a day if you can?Wink
