Please help. I am going out for the first time since having my dd 9months ago. I have had pnd so am really pushing myself by doing this but think I will benefit form going out, but I feel fat frumpy and mumsy and am panicking! I’m going to a swanky bar in London with friends.
I am 36 currently a size 14 (still hanging onto baby wight around tummy)
I have skinny black jeans and some nice boots but need a top. Would prefer sleeves as my arms are chunky at the mo 
Also wouldn’t mind a dress with tights and boots.
Please help. I just want to not feel anxious about it!!
