Skincare Products for Newly Spot-Prone Skin

I came off the contraceptive pill around 4 months ago after being on it for 12 years and over the past month or so, my skin has absolutely broke out in spots like crazy. They are mainly along the side of my face down to my chin but they are huge and so sore. I’m guessing that the pill would’ve left my system by now and my skin is showing it’s true colours. Can anyone recommend any good skincare for spot-prone skin?

Paula's Choice fixed my adult acne. If you only buy one product get the 2% salicylic acid exfoliant in the blue bottle.

I had very much the same issue and salicylic acid saved me.
Clinique anti blemish solution and The Ordinary salicyclic acid.

I also found taking starflower supplements helped.
