Looking for dark to bright blue liquid eyeliner

The sort with a 'pot' and brush - not a pen. Dior did have the perfect one but discontinued about 4 years ago. Chanel is not as bright as I would like and Lancome is rubbish. I'm not adverse to cheaper brands but allergic to Rimmel and some like Kiko, are flaky. I'm looking for nice glossy effect. Any ideas?!

MAC and Bobbi Brown have a largish range of colours, I think MAC in particular do a blue.

I think Mac have the gel sort - my bad, I meant the sort with integral brush.
