Eyeline that doesn't move!

I'm desperately seeking an eyeliner pencil that doesn't budge. I've tried MAC Smoulder and Urban Decay 24/7 and NYX, no not so far. The all end up sliding down my face and making me look like a panda or collecting in unattractive gloopy puddles in the inner corner of my eye.

Any recommendations gratefully received!

The Marc Jacobs gel eye crayons are fantastic, best wear power ever!

Theorbo · 03/10/2018 03:42

dadand can you tell me where you get the Marc Jacobs from please?

JaneR0chester · 03/10/2018 08:23

I use this Japanese gel eyeliner pencil that I bought on holiday in the Far East. Great stuff, I tightline and it doesn't budge or smudge.

The next closest pencil I've used that's vaguely comparable is Smashbox, but that's a bit pricier (no better quality or smudge-proof-ness).

Not pencil but highly recommend soap and glory super cat

Nyx gel eyeliner cheap and will not budge at all

Elledorado · 03/10/2018 09:07

I had this problem with all pencils and had to change to a liquid. Currently using a maybelline or loreal "skinny" one and it stays put

HaveADayOff · 03/10/2018 10:49

hourglass one is the best!! expensive but bloody good

dadand · 03/10/2018 11:33

You can get the Marc Jacobs eyeliners in Debenhams I think

VanCleefArpels · 03/10/2018 11:52

Kiko pencils the absolute best

CalonGlas · 03/10/2018 11:55

not a pencil but if I love Laura Mercier cake liners for absolutely unbudgeable eyeliner. And I've tried looooooooads.

Theorbo · 03/10/2018 11:57

Thanks Dadand I’ll see if they have some MJ in Debenhams here.

mintmagnummm · 03/10/2018 13:38

Another vote for kiko! Only one so far that hasn't budged

Totallyaddictedtoshoes · 03/10/2018 16:08

Which kiko one? I've tried the one for waterline and find there to be fall out so I get specks of black under my eyes, shame as on my waterline it's great. I've tried loads from rimmel to urban decay and the Charlotte tilbury one is the best I've found so far for waterline but isn't perfect and is expensive.

CognitiveDissonance · 03/10/2018 18:26

Thanks for your suggestions! I'll do some investigating when I'm out and about at the weekend.
I forgot about the Marc Jacobs ones. I remember trying them on the back of my hand once and being impressed at their staying power 🤔
