Winter walk to work feet

Suggestions needed please. Currently I wear skechers go walk for the thirty min trek to work. It's getting colder and wetter but they are sooo comfy to walk in that I am dreading changing to more weather suited footwear. What can I buy which is as bouncy on the feet , flattish and not too monstrous with work trousers or even dresses?

A few other Skechers boots here as well. I like the Aglow ones.

Fit flops - I have some patent lace ups. I didn't bother to change into my heels at work today and had a little smile to myself just bouncing up and down when no one was around.

Thank you. For some reason it didn't occur to me that Skechers might actually make boots. I do have some fitflop boots but the style look.a bit to much like giant slippers to wear for work. Next job will be to get them into the house without having to explain why I need another pair of boots.
