I'm looking for a warm, waterproof hooded winter coat. My old one is falling to bits and since I have about 4 miles of school run to walk in inclement weather each day, I need a good one! I've looked at the mumsnet list of the best winter coats, the one that was most practical for me was the? Sea salt Janelle I think it was called. Described as knee length but when I tried it on, not only did it have an eye wateringly high price tag, it also came down to my ankles! A problem I often have as I am only 5 foot 2. Any ideas?
