Please could someone recommend a mascara with the following requirements:-
no agitator ball "to keep it fresh".
A wand with bristles not plastic, that is straight but gives big lashes.
Doesn't give panda eyes with the minimum of touching.
Not more than £12.
I've always used Rimmel but disillusioned with their changes of styles of wands and gimmicks.TIA.

I'm using the silver tube soap and glory one at the moment and really like it. I've also had the gold tube one before now too. Think they fit with what you're looking for x

Max Factor 2000 calorie.

The basic one they’ve had going for years, not the masterpiece or whatever gimmicky name the other one in similar packaging is.

DD (who has amazing eyelashes) swears by TooFaced Better than Sex but it tips over your budget.

I'm not a make-up wearer but I quite like the W7 one that looks very much like "They're Real"

Though my No1 favourite is Mally

I was going to say the Nars climax (it’s really really good) but it’s around £20. I really like the L’Oréal baby doll one (I’m not sure that’s the name but something along those lines) too.

HelenMummyof2 · 30/09/2018 23:46

Gold soap & glory - thick and fast is good within your budget, always loads of offers too. For a little more - £20, then benefit are they real I’d probably the best mascara I’ve ever had. They do a travel one for £10 and will almost certainly put some on you to try at their counter. Good luck choosing xx

Better than sex but it is expensive.

creamcheeseandlox · 01/10/2018 00:24

Has plastic brush but maybelline lash sensational is the only mascara I have rebought.

DownAndUnder · 01/10/2018 00:39

L’Oréal babydoll £8 is my favourite mascara and I’ve tried a lot of £20+ ones.

L'Oreal Lash Paradise

Nip and Fab mascara is brilliant! Gives long, thick looking, ultra black lashes and it lasts ages; plus it has a normal straight brush. Think its about £9.99 from Superdrug's

The Primark one in the gold tube is fab too. Think it's about £3 and gives really good results.

Younique fibrelash 3D

Used to love a L'oreal one from years ago but can never remember it's name......long, thin tube

feathermucker · 01/10/2018 07:26

Le Grand Curl! That was it!

fishonabicycle · 01/10/2018 07:51

Maybelline lash sensational in waterproof - just bought this last week and really impressed! No smudging at all and lashes look much longer. No clumping either.

Pinkvici22 · 01/10/2018 08:06

Nars Climax or Better than Sex - both over budget but well worth it.

BinRaidingRaccoon · 01/10/2018 08:23

Nyx Doll Lash. Doesn't go clumpy, builds well. Nice.
