Tear troughs or Botox?

Every time I catch my face in a shop window it’s like looking at someone else. My face looks so tired - I know now that no face creams will make a difference and can feel the inevitable age drop in my face.
I don’t drink alcohol in the week and exercise a lot to try and look as toned as I can - which is a bit of a battle!! The price for tear trough fillers isn’t too bad down here and I think I could do it but has anybody had Botox or tear trough fillers and feel one or the other made a huge difference? Photos would be amazing too?

Botox for general tiredness look, cheek fillers to lift bitching / drooping resting face, and tear trough fillers if under eye hollows are really pronounced

Have you had these done?

Yes.

Initially Botox which just refreshed me a bit and made me looked less tired.

After a few years, as the lines from the nose to the mouth and became more pronounced and the lines from the lips downwards made me look a bit droopy and unsmiling, I had cheek fillers which lifts the area and reduced the lines. Plus gave the illusion of cheeBones. (I used to have fillers in the lines thus elves but the nurse suggested cheek fillers instead).

Botox doesn’t have immediate effect and takes up to a couple of weeks to,take effect. Fillers have immediate effect.

As I have lost volume from my face over the years, combined with dark circles under my eyes, I can look,a bit unwell. So had tear trough fillers last time. If I am honest, these perhaps made the least difference of the free procedures. Although fillers, there effect is not immediate and the filler dissipates from where they are infected (around the orbital, bone) to the under eye area.
