It's nice but it's a Vivienne Westwood knock off I think.
Try VW because it may be a bit more pricy but the quality will be better.

nononsene · 30/09/2018 15:00

I tried this on and it is lovely but the price is ridiculous considering the fabric and the lack of lining.

Nononononono33 · 30/09/2018 16:11

It’s a lovely dress, but I have to admit my first thought was, I hope it’s not a real green dress...

MarklahMarklah · 30/09/2018 16:16

I like the colour and the shape, but not the price!

Jackietheduck · 30/09/2018 16:46

I think it is beautiful. It is an investment piece. I wonder if it is possible to get it lined?

ToElleWithIt · 30/09/2018 17:27

I tried on and not worth the money IMO. Lovely shade, but fabric is thin and unlined and shows every lump and bump as well as creasing really easily. Me in it.

It looks lovely on you!

LanaorAna2 · 30/09/2018 19:09

I'd spend the same money on a sale dress in Rixo, or another variant of a prettier, more flattering, silk wrap midi.

Wrap midi dresses are more up to date, easier to dress up or down, and will deliver more joy and way better VFM long term.

Bombardier25966 · 30/09/2018 19:16

The colour is perfect on you, but it highlights your tummy despite the fact that you barely have one! You have a beautiful figure and colouring.

BadderWolf · 30/09/2018 19:17

It's beautiful. Very elegant.

AgentProvocateur · 30/09/2018 19:21

Dry clean only. No good for a sweaty Betty like me Wink

Buggerbrexit · 30/09/2018 19:27

Toelle you look beautiful in it, but it’s not worth the money. And those crumples! For £185!

Oblomov18 · 30/09/2018 19:46

Beautiful colour. But too expensive, and I don't like the look of the material, or the non lining.

MorningsEleven · 30/09/2018 20:06

ToElleWithIt

You look fabulous, the dress looks like a garden bin bag.

Oblomov18 · 30/09/2018 20:47

Sorry. Just seen picture.
It's completely unflattering, even though you have the most lovely figure. Colour is lovely though. Please send it back!

EdWinchester · 30/09/2018 20:51

I don't like the green, only 'cause I hate green.

I tried this dress on in the very darkest blue they do - it's lovely but made me look like I have a belly (I don't).

It would look gorgeous on only a size 8 or less, imo.

DoinItForTheKids · 30/09/2018 20:55

£185 for Viscose - viscose!!!! Not silk, viscose!!

The cut is beautiful but the price and fabric seem a total mismatch to me. I too don't like the shade of green and I'd normally choose the blue option but I don't particularly think that's a very good blue either.

I couldn't buy it anyway, my belly's too big Grin.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 30/09/2018 20:55

Love the green colour but that asymetric shoulderline would annoy me. I’d be forever hitching it up.

peachypetite · 30/09/2018 21:07

It is a ridiculous price, for the money it should not be so clingy and creased

NumbersRule · 30/09/2018 21:09

I have it and wore it for my 50th birthday and had so many compliments. I am lucky in that I could afford it but it is a little expensive.

I plan to wear it with a fitted black jacket, opaque & ankle boots for work when it gets a little cooler.

LardLizard · 30/09/2018 22:28

Numbers wow, very smart dress for work !
What job do you do ?

And wait n see if it goes in the sale
