Navy shirt dress

So I have a navy shirt dress very much fit and flare - vintage in style. Spring I’m in courts with a high thin heel and summer tan wedges. But I’m at a loss about winter. It is a fab dress and I would love to wear it more. Any suggestions on boots that could work?
