Olaplex at home - routine?

I’ve had the Olaplex 1 &2 at the salon when my hair was coloured and have 3 to use at home. They advised me to use it once a week then follow with shampoo & conditioner.
The website advises to still use moisturising & protein treatments in addition if needed.
So to my question, how do I fit all these in? I’m thinking Olaplex once a week then Elasticizer 2 days later.
Does anyone use Olaplex 3 regularly and care to share their hair routine please?
😊

I have olaplex 1&2 at the salon and never bother with 3 until about 6 weeks later when I just use it once a week before shampoo/a deep conditioner (for six weeks until I go back to the salon). I probably don't do it "correctly" but it works for my hair.

A hairdresser told me to put a 50p size blob of olaplex on (dirty hair) and leave in for around 5 hours, then shampoo and condition as usual. I thought that sounded a lot of product. She pointed out that it isn't a conditioner, but repairs the internal structure. So if you normally use conditioner, you still need it.

I've been doing it SO wrong then 😂😂 I shampoo my hair then put the olaplex in for a few hours then rinse. My hair feels great though 🤔

I do the whole lot at home and do no 3 if I am going to be home all day. I dampen my hair and coat it in no. 3, tie it up, leave it all day then wash and condition as normal.

I wear it overnight on the mid and end lengths, wash in the morning.
