Struggling with confidence and panicking about Saturday

Ive had a rubbish few years with one thing and another, loosing 5 members of my family within these two years, so have cut myself off abit from the outside world.
To cut a long story short im going out on Saturday and really struggling with what to wear, the more i look online the more it makes me panic..
What can a 40 somerhing 5ft4 pear shape wear! I want to look smart but not over the top! 🙄

I’m not great with fashion advice but whatever you wear will look great! Perhaps some black jeans, black jacket with a sparkly top to break it up a bit?

My go to 'going out' outfit is always a blazer with skinny coated jeans & a camisole underneath. A white blazer can always make any outfit look smart!

As a fellow pear shape some nice heels will help for sure! Even if you don't like heels, a pair of gorgeous statement shoes (even flats) will smarten up any outfit plus they'll be a nice focal point for your outfit. Love how a pair of statement shoes can even dress up jeans! Good luck and have fun x
