Warm winter coat for children

Hi

Any recommendations for a warm winter coat for children? Age 2.5

Decathlon? We got something similar to this one for my son last year (he's 10) he said it was very warm (and I was so glad, given the winter we ended up having!)

Or Regatta, Mountain Warehouse, Uniqlo (think they start age 3-4)

Marks and Spenser storm wear I got my ds a lovely coat it's a raincoat which has a lovely fluffy lining which can be detached so technically 2 coats

Muddy Puddles are great, they do sales all the time so make sure you don’t pay full price. They have an eBay and amazon store too

Love the muddy puddles winter blizzard coat. But its £85! Not in the sale either.

Polan O Pyret are the best ones I think. Really warm but also made for movement so they don't hinder playing.

Summer is a good time to buy the blizzard coat, I got one last year for £28

I'll remember that for next time. I usually buy well in advance and out of season.

Frugi do great coats and hold their value really well on resale sites

This coat from matalan is brilliant . I get one very year for my son . It's warm and rainproof and a great price for a technical coat.. comes in loads of colours !

I've had gap ones in the past which are lovely and warm but not 100% waterproof. I've gone for Regatta this year because they are completely waterproof.

Off the back of a similar thread a couple of weeks ago I bought one of these Trespass coats. It hasn't been cold enough to wear yet but seems excellent value.
