Black ankle boots with colourful embroidery?

I have a pair of low-heeled black ankle boots with floral embroidery which I bought from Schuh a few years ago. They are now falling apart, and I'd like to find similar replacements.

Any ideas of where to look?

Thank you. Yes, something like that. Although I don't do heels, at all really, so that would probably be too high for me.

I think the problem I have is that I would really like the exact same boots again, but can't find them.

Have you looked on eBay? Just in case someone is getting rid of a pair?
