La roche posay melt in cream

thefirstmrsdewinter · 24/09/2018 01:11

I love Coola Mineral Face SPF 30 Matte Tint Moisturiser.

peridito · 24/09/2018 10:43

just googled both ,coola is not moderately priced in my book !

I get good results with Solait Face Sun Cream SPF50. I wouldn't say it's mattifying, as it claims, but primer often creates too dry a surface for me anyway (combination skin) and it's nothing a touch of powder doesn't solve. It's cheap enough that trying it and finding you don't like it is affordable, too.

Cerave do a day cream with SPF 25 - it's £12 from Boots. I used to stock on Cerave in NY before it was available over here: it's a good budget range often recommended by dermatologists.

Ultrasun face 30

Biologifemini · 24/09/2018 19:23

Korres grape extract do spf 50 and 30 for about 12 quid and it isn’t shiny. Ultrasun is also nice but a little bit richer.

bonzo77 · 24/09/2018 19:25

Does it really need to be proper suncream this time of year (assuming you are uk)? L’orea Revitalift day cream spf 30 has done me well for years. It’s not that pricey and often on offer.

whymewhyme · 24/09/2018 19:30

Nip & Fab glycolic cream has spf 30 which is good for winter it's around £20 but often on offer on their website for £5 or no7 factor 50 protect and perfect intense for summer as it's got a higher spf it's £15 or usually in offer for 2 for £20

Sunsense tinted face uv screen.its awesome and doubles as a B.B. cream

Rayna37 · 24/09/2018 19:35

Simple Kind to Skin protecting moisture cream SPF30. Very reasonable (and currently less than half price in Superdrug), great moisture, feels nice. Hadn't been a fan of Simple moisturiser before but bought this after a couple of recommendations and I love it.

Biore watery essence

incendio · 24/09/2018 20:21

I used the la Roche posay gel one this year and loved it it felt like nothing on my skin and I never burned once with it.

TheVortex · 24/09/2018 20:32

I use the LRP ultra light

Studyinghell · 24/09/2018 21:34

Ultrasun 50, very good if you’ve got sensitive skin too

cushionfiend · 24/09/2018 21:38

Big thumbs up for Dermalogica Solar Defense Booster SPF 50. It’s not that cheap but you only need a small amount so it lasts ages and mixes with your moisturiser. I had skin cancer surgically removed from my face a while ago so am taking no risks!! It’s a really good product.

Fluffycloudland77 · 25/09/2018 06:47

I think biore is tested on animals. I'm waiting for the ordinary to bring out their sunblock for oily skin. UVA is present all year round so I use sunblock everyday.
