This is the week I get myself sorted!

On the surface I'm relatively 'together' but the reality is every day is a struggle.
I get my hair cut/coloured every six weeks, nails always done, make up on etc...

But, I'm overweight, choosing clothes fills me with panic and I seem to start every day in a state of anxious panic. I have lost 3st but I need to stop waiting for the next 4st to drop off and feel good at the moment. Averaging a stone a season off.

For work I have a selection of outfits I can rotate but casual wear/weekend/out with friends etc is a struggle.

This week I have a day to go and buy a few staples to make me feel put together for autumn/winter. I need help putting together staples please! I weigh 190lbs, apple shape with a spare tyre, 36G bust and 5'5''. Pale skin, light brown hair (shoulder length), size 16/18 in most shops as prefer flat shoes/boots for the weekend.

Where do I begin? Don't want to spend too much as it will hopefully be too big next winter!
