Black tie event - dress help please

I have a black tie event/ autumn ball in one week. Panicking about what to wear... nothing seems suitable from what I currently own.

I'm a size 12, 5 feet 7. Very very conscious of my arms because they are quite flappy. So was thinking something like off shoulder/ Bardot type to hide it. MIDI length suits me more.

I've looked in most on line shops and can't find anything that's suitable.

Anyone seen anything that would suit? Any help much appreciated!!

What's your budget?

My first point of call is usually coast. How do you feel about something like this? www.coast-stores.com/p/oriel-lace-bardot-dress/2005268

Bit confused. Is this actually black tie or just formal attire?

I like Hobbs for formalwear, but it will depend on whether you like their style and it’s within budget

Bombshell London is my go to for dresses that cover my arms:

Thanks all. Budget around 200 to 300. Looked in coast but didn't see anything I liked but thinking of actually going to a store and trying dresses on.

Black tie doesn’t have to be a dress and need not be a long dress. Have you considered a jump suit? I have a navy blue evening one and wear it with bling! It has long sleeves.

Try LK Bennett, Finery, Needle and Thread, Self Portrait and Boden. Also consider a velvet trouser suit.
