Help me find an outfit for a en night please!

Afternoon tea type event, then onto a small function suite. I need a new pair of dressy boots, so thinking of ordering these. So need either a "nice" top (see possible green top) to wear with these and jeans, (probably black RI mollys) or a dress that I can wear with them. Possibly with tights, possibly with bare legs, tan permitting! Likely to wear my leather jacket.

I'm 5ft 1, size 8-10, aged 35.

Boots are nice but the tops a bit dated imo. I’d wear boots with black tights and a floral tea dress.

Top is dated and your only 35! I would look for something more up to date tbh.
