Right S&B experts I need help

I've just been invited on an all expenses paid trip with boyfs work.
It's in Bangkok and I need some proper outfits for the following:

Welcome drinks reception and bbq
Themed night - dress code black & gold
Farewell drinks reception

I also need shoes for above outfits
And appropriate day wear as the hotel is not a shorts & t shirt kind of place.
Totally out of my depth but massively excited

I love these trousers to go with a white cami & some wedges
Also like this dress

Don’t shy away from shorts. I’ve worn cut offs and a shirt at some lovely destinations. It’s all about attitude (and a huge hat)

When are you going (season) and what size/colouring are you? I don't know that I love the culottes especially with wedges and a white cami.

They have this, which might make you look like you dressed in your grans curtains BUT might be fabulous for the black and gold night and therefore is worth a try on...
